The location was fantastic with easy access to the park and downtown via trolley. The Timesaver Passes were a real time-saver, but I wished for earlier entry like some other hotels. it was a wonderful stay at a special place in the mountains. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

My stay at this beautiful resort was absolutely amazing! As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe and welcomed throughout my entire visit. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The location of the resort was perfect for me, as it was away from the hustle and bustle of the parkway but still conveniently close to the trolley that took me to the theme park. The resort offered all the amenities I could ask for, including a seasonal outdoor pool, fitness center, and even a spa where I treated myself to a relaxing beauty treatment. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary facilities. I especially loved the terrace where I could enjoy the stunning views of the mountains. The resort also had a restaurant and bar that served delicious food at reasonable prices. my stay here was everything I could have hoped for and more.
The only downside I encountered was the limited eating options for kids at the coffee shop and to go place on the second floor. It would have been great to have more kid-friendly choices available.

Awesome pool area, fun activities for kids, friendly staff, clean rooms, and shuttle service to the park.
Felt very well taken care of, no complaints at all.

the resort is so clean and cozy. it's super close to everything we wanted to do, and the free trolley was a helpful perk. the staff was kind, and the evening activities for kids were a hit. we also got fastpasses, and the restaurant had a yummy buffet.

our second stay at Dollywood'S Dreammore Resort And Spa was perfect! We upgraded our room to a smaller suite with bunks in a separate room, which the kids loved. the pool was a major hit and being open until 11pm was perfect. the wait staff at the pool was excellent and the southern charm of everyone at the resort made it the cleanest, nicest, kindest place to stay. the trolley drivers were the best, and we cannot wait to go back in August.
